Indevex Watertech AB was founded in 2002 by Indevex Holdings Ltd. The business was managed as a division developing new formulates of cleansing products, initially designed for fresh cut vegetables. The first product prototypes were ready and patent applications were submitted in 2004.

IWAB was created as a limited company in July 2004, founded by an MBO and a group of investors.

Partnerships has thus far been established with :

LCB SA - specialist in smoke disinfection technology
ANIOS SA - a specialist in food cleaners and disinfectants
Safe Foods Corp - world leading producer in food processing aids.

The European sales organisation is stepwise growing in parallel with the set up of customer service centers in each country.
